These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrueFin website, software and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or otherwise using TrueFin, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using TrueFin on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on that organization's behalf. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

TrueFin provides cloud-based accounting and financial management software designed for businesses, SMEs and non-profit organizations in Pakistan. The Service includes functionality such as chart of accounts management, voucher-based transaction recording, project and activity-wise accounting, budgeting, payroll management, invoicing and financial reporting, as described on our website.

The specific features available to a given account may vary depending on the plan selected. TrueFin may introduce, modify or discontinue individual features of the Service over time as it continues to evolve.

When using TrueFin, you agree to:

Provide accurate and current information when setting up and maintaining your account; keep your login credentials confidential and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access; notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account; use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms; and refrain from any action intended to disrupt, reverse-engineer or otherwise misuse the Service in a way that could affect its security, availability or integrity for other users.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

Access to certain TrueFin features may require a paid subscription. Applicable fees, billing frequency and payment terms are set out on our Plans & Pricing page or in a separate agreement between TrueFin and the customer, and may vary depending on the plan selected.

Charges are billed in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of subscription. Any changes to pricing or billing terms will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. Specific billing, upgrade, downgrade and cancellation procedures should be confirmed directly with our sales team.

Your data is important to us. The information you provide through TrueFin, including financial and organizational data entered into the platform, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is collected, used, stored and protected.

This section does not duplicate the full Privacy Policy; the Privacy Policy remains the governing document for how your data is handled.

The TrueFin name, logo, website content, software, documentation, designs and other proprietary materials remain the property of their respective lawful owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted under these Terms or a separate written agreement, you may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works based on TrueFin's proprietary materials without prior written permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TrueFin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from service interruptions, third-party services integrated with or linked from TrueFin, or misuse of the Service by you or any other party.

TrueFin is also not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances reasonably outside our control. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

TrueFin aims to provide a reliable and consistently available service. However, access to the Service may occasionally be affected by scheduled maintenance, software updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as third-party hosting or connectivity issues.

We make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and restore full availability as quickly as practicable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service at all times.

TrueFin may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to any specific contractual terms agreed between TrueFin and the customer.
